Critechal Components uses Australia Post to ship our products. Australian purchases will always be shipped using either express post or registered post, depending on the volume of the order, so as to ensure a tracking number is available for each and every order. International orders have been quoted shipping costs via regular mail. If insurance or an alternative postal service/delivery method is required please notify us by email and we will quote on the amended costs.
If any item in your order is on backorder (>10 working days), you will be notified by us and offered a refund if subsequently you opt to cancel the backorder. Most items will be supplied within approximately 10 working days with many customers receiving their order within 1-3 days.
We are happy to provide a full refund for unopened, undamaged goods upon receipt of their return, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase.
If the destination country of an order already has a contracted distributor for the products ordered, we reserve the right to cancel the order and will notify the customer accordingly.
